How to Request a Return

1. Email support@dormix.net with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send a return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the item back using the label provided.
4. Refund issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Dormix arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
